4. WhatsApp

If you message Kehilla on WhatsApp, we store your phone number, the text of your messages, which businesses we showed you, and whether our replies were delivered.

We use this to answer your requests, to alert our team when a person needs to follow up, and to improve the directory, for example by seeing which areas or services people ask for.

To understand your request, the text of your message is processed by our AI provider through Lovable's AI gateway.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, so Meta's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your messages.
